WinterKids.com reserves the right to refuse exchanges or charge up to a 15% restocking fee if these conditions are not met. Items will not be accepted for exchange or return after 5 months of the original order date If you would like to Exchange your merchandise, please follow the instructions on the Exchange Form on the back of the order invoice which came in your package. Need a new Exchange Form? Please click here to download and print the form. Need a new copy of your order invoice? Visit My Account to view and print your order(s). Once your exchange form is filled out and you have your items ready to ship, Click Here To Create a UPS Return Label (Labels Available only in the Contiguous United States) Print the label, tape it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location.
