1. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

2. ORDERING/ORDER FORM
A binding contract between the customer and the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator will exist upon each of them signing the Customer Order Form. Stampin’ Up! products are exclusively offered to customers by Stampin’ Up! demonstrators. Demonstrators are legally independent and are not employees of Stampin’ Up! UK Ltd.
3. PURCHASE PRICE AND DELIVERY
The purchase price printed on the order form is binding. In as much as VAT is applicable, it is reflected in the purchase price. The purchase price shall be due and payable within 14 days of the signing of the order form by the customer and the Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. The Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is only obligated to remit the goods to the customer after receipt of payment.
