However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Call Customer Service at 1-866-ROMANCE to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.) Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product.
