1. How can I place my order?
The majority of our products are available for online ordering. If a product says "Call to Order," it is not available to order online, so please call or email us, Our Event Specialists are always happy to assit you with your order via phone or email at 888.354.7866 or sales@pcnametag.com.
2. When do orders ship?
1. In-stock product orders received by 5:00 pm CT, Monday – Friday, will ship from our Wisconsin warehouse the same day.2. Custom order production times listed on the product pages are business days and do not include weekends. Production time begins the day following proof approval.3. If an item is on backorder, you will be contacted by an Event Specialist the same day you place the order. Our Event Specialists are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 PM CST.4. See below for our FedEx Ground Shipping Map from our Verona, WI warehouse for additional shipping estimates.
3. Where do you ship to?
We will ship to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S states within 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is 3 to 7 business days.
