We will do everything we can to ensure your complete satisfaction with your M.LaHart & Co. purchase. Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 90 days. The original method of payment will be credited. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on engraved or custom items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
2. What methods of payment do you accept online?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover card, as well as our own M.LaHart & Co. gift certificates. Customers can also place their online orders using PayPal.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items shipped using the standard shipping method arrive within 8-10 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground. Glassware arrives within 2-3 weeks via UPS. The wall clock arrives within 2-3 weeks via UPS. The grandfather clock arrives within 3-4 weeks via a freight carrier. The leather chairs require an estimated 8 weeks for delivery.
