1. What is your payment policy for groups?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards (excluding American Express). School or organization checks should be made out to Long Island Aquarium. We also accept purchase orders or invoice payments if arrangements are made in advance. A $250 deposit is required 30 days in advance for all groups using the Atlantis Explorer Tour Boat. Please send a copy of your trip itinerary along with your deposit. Also include a copy of your tax-exempt form, if applicable. Tax-exempt organizations must submit payment via cash or organizational check/credit card in order to receive tax-exempt status.
2. What are your hours of operation?
We are open Sunday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We do suggest you check out our website’s homepage or social media if there is questionable weather before your visit. If we have to close due to weather we would have that listed on the homepage and social media sites.
3. Should I confirm my reservation in advance?
If group size has changed significantly, please contact 631.208.9200, ext. 426.
