Engel will attempt to process every order within 2 business days. For unexpected delays, we will make every attempt to notify you. Engel Coolers partners with the following shipping carriers: FedEx, FedEx Freight, UPS, USPS and International Checkout. Certain orders will require signatures, direct or indirect at the time of delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be shipped in multi -piece shipments, or from a third-party warehouse.
2. THE WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS
If your Engel product qualifies for warranty, Engel Coolers will repair or replace, at their discretion, the item or any part or component that is deemed defective. And we’ll do it quickly. Here’s how. Complete the Warranty Claim Form at the bottom of this page. We will contact you within 10 days. You are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping a defective item to the Engel Service Center and we suggest that you use a trackable service. We’ll contact you within 72 hours of receiving your item. If it qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, we’ll get it done quickly and ship it back to you at no cost. If your item does not qualify for warranty service, we’ll contact you to discuss our findings before we do anything. Remember, wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
