Affiliate Account Manager
Your full-time role in our bright & open Pasadena office sees you managing a book of business consisting of 50+ top 500 ecommerce store partners. You are very personable and highly motivated, you continuously work to strengthen and grow partnerships in your portfolio. You coordinate between your partners and internal operations teams, in both our LA office and our headquarters in Shanghai, to ensure the brands you represent are growing.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Your time management and organization skills allow you to track deliverables across multiple independent teams, meet deadlines, and ensure the overall success of each partnership without direct managerial oversight
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an account management or sales role
  • You succeed in a fast-moving environment; you rise to the challenge of trying your hand at new and untested initiatives
  • You are hungry to learn and stay current on cross-border ecommerce activity of our users and in the industry at large
  • You have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher
  • You demonstrate above average Microsoft Office skills, comfort working with and analyzing large data sets in Excel, and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
  • You are able to travel domestically throughout the year (between 10% and maximum 20% of your time)
Job Requirements:
  • You are reasonably proficient in Chinese, specifically: you are able to type and read basic Chinese and you are comfortable fielding impromptu questions in Chinese whether they are written or spoken
  • You have experience working or living in China
  • You have demonstrated ownership or initiative in your past work experience
  • You have stellar interpersonal communication skills both on the phone and through email
  • You have a proven track record in an advisory sales or similar account management role
  • You have digital marketing industry experience from the perspective of a merchant, agency, and/or publisher
